The word from Kim at SpawnToys on these are they were allocated and have been sold out.

He isn't going to get anymore, and the didn't get his full order.

If you want it, and you see it, you had better get it!

I did a search and found one at Action figure Xpress.

I should have pre-ordered from Kim, but I hate long waited pre-orders sitting on my card...disaster always happens that way. It sucks Kim won't get more, I like giving him my business.

I can't wait to get the statue!
